I would advise anyone thinking of renting a property managed by this company to find some one else. Their Tenancy agreement is full of fine clauses, there are charges all over it. I found them very aggressive to deal with and when my landlord wanted to sell the property they completely tried to get round the law and bully me into allowing viewings whenever they wanted. I ended up changing the locks to stop them accessing. Talking to other agents they have a bad reputation for being very hard on tenants BEWARE!
