Wouldn't have give a star if i didn't have to. Placed an order for my family. Ordered garlic bread without cheese as a family member has allergies and a number of other pizzas. When 1 half of my order arrived the garlic bread was covered in cheese. And to be told the other driver with the rest of my order is somewhere and will be there soon. Called Dominoes Cambourn to be giving a typical excuse of we are to busy,then when i politely challenge them they shout down the phone about how i am wrong and that there is nothing they will do. Got very aggressive on the phone causing me to hang up, no apology or anything. I will never use dominoes again, disgusting service one branch ruining the brand
Ordered 50 mixed large pizzas for a wedding party, via Martin the manager at Cambourne. He was at all times helpful, professional and efficient. As he promised the order arrived bang on time. The proof of the pudding so to speak, was that all the pizza was eaten by guests many of whom were complimentary of the quality. Thanks to the team at Cambourne - first class service. John R
Find somewhere else.Rude customer service and even racist over the phone!Order is often wrong.Order said it was delivered. Called them to ask because we haven't received anything. Guy on phone has no clue and says it'd be another 30mins! They probably hadn't even made the damn pizzas in the first place!I've tried using them numerous times over the years and I've been disappointed over and over.
They need more staff. It is not the staff's fault as they work at lightening speed but too long a wait even when ordered on the app.Pizza tastes good though and did offer drinks as an apology but as is often the case...less staff doing more. So, please put some those huge profit margins in to more staffing.Thank you
