Amazing service from check in to check out. The guy that greeted us was do professional and welcoming telling us everything we needed to know. The suite was really spacious and the restaurant was second to none. Would definitely return and recommend
We had a lovely meal on Sunday 23rd December. A family Christmas party. There was 22 of us. We were in our own private room with lots of space. This was great as we had young children with us. They had lots of space to play. The food was lovely and the service was great. The price was really good considering it was so close to Christmas. 25.00 per head for a 3 course meal. Plus Coffee and mince pies. The children who were under 3 ate free and had a very good 3 course Children's menu to choose from . There were Christmas crackers and party favours on the table and a lovely Christmas tree in the corner of the room. The room could have had more decorations to enhance the festive atmosphere. Everyone had a wonderful time and we all said that we want to go again next year.
A flawless experience! I brought my wife on a spa package for her birthday and the hotel were literally faultless in their handling of all my requests. It's one of the most relaxed experiences I've ever taken my wife on. Massive thanks to Shauna in Guest Services for organising the little extra touches for her birthday and also to Kim & Carla in the Spa for our tremendous treatments. We will definitely be back!
Great hotel. Lovely room with lots of space and a comfy bed. Good shower and separate bath which is unusual. Staff were excellent, the spa and pool facilities are top notch, and breakfast was very nice too. We also attended a Christmas party event here and that was well organised and fun. Can't fault it.
This is a very clean property with an excellent restaurant. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to make your stay stress free. Dora is amazing, but everyone were also very attentive and provided excellent customer service. We stayed at a penthhouse suite which was lovely and spacious. The hotel is not very big or ultra-modern and that actually adds to the warmth of the property and the more friendly/ not-faceless customer service. The location, which is outside of Cambridge, makes it ideal for a relaxing stay. Very pleased by the member benefits, value and recognition that I receive when we stay here. As a loyal Gold member, we've come here quite a few times, and have already booked more reservations, so this is one of my favorite Hilton properties (both domestic & internationally) that we've stayed at.
