Been using Salon Seven for 6 years since I lived in Cambourne. The staff are always polite, friendly and happy. Customer engagement from barber to management and all in between make the experience a war, welcoming and enjoyable one. I have seen other reviews stating they feel like the cut was rushed, this has never been the case for me and they are always more than happy to make any alterations to hair styre I request but also take a lot of time and effort into perfecting the hair cut or style I require. You also get a hot towel afterwards... Bonus! Would highly recommend salon seven to anyone and everyone, a great Well Done to the team!
If you want a great experiance this is not the place for you. Rushed appointments are guaranteed. Don't go in with an idea of what you want as you just wont get it.

Reliable and great service - Kirsten has cut my hair every few weeks since we moved to Cambourne a year ago. I will keep going back. The barbers side has a turn up and wait system where we get my son's hair cut. It can be busy on Saturdays so sometimes a bit of a wait but you can make appointments for kids haircuts too, so I would recommend either an appointment or taking something to keep the kids amused while you wait.
I was really looking forward to having a decent haircut and a bit of pampering. Instead I left the salon in tears after a rushed cut. When I arrived the hairdresser was unprepared and couldn't find her equipment then talked to her colleagues and complained about how busy her day was without speaking to me. When I said what I wanted done she muttered something about not having time to do it and walked off. When she came back she did a very simple cut that took 7 minutes and was not what I had originally asked for. She sprayed a lot of water on my hair to cut it then left it damp and looking unfinished. When you leave a salon aren't you supposed to look great, not like you were in a rush and didn't have time to dry your hair? I'll never go back to Salon Se7en and I'll advise my friend not to either.
