I have been going to Barons for eight years. I have bought my minis from them and always had them serviced and MOTd with them. They are so helpful, friendly and I like the video they send after to show what has been done. If I have time I like to wait and have a couple cups of coffee, otherwise I can leave it and come back. I would happily recommend them.
Purchased a new car (not from Barons Cambridge, but another dealership) but had some issues with it. Spoke to Hayley and she dealt with us and resolved our issues, she was brilliant.

Excellent customer service from Ciaran, Did a 48 hour test drive so easy to organise with no hassle when I brought the car back. Made me buy my own little convertible which I love.
I thought it was only unenthusiastic romantic interests that engaged in post-transactional 'ghosting', but, apparently, MINI do it too. Nice enough when you're willing to part with your money to buy a MINI; IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to respond after that purchase to deal with any issue. You call to be told someone will call you back; you're promised in online chats that someone will respond if you email this or that address, but there is no followup whatsoever; I have only ever gotten anything done by turning up with my car on a tow truck. Trying to talk to someone about SMART insurance is like like trying to communicate with the dead using a ouija board. The MINI also has a number of interesting superficial software "quirks" that I have never managed to get anyone to respond to me about.
